This consultation is perfect if you wish to stage your property yourself. We will walk through your home and view each room with a trained eye and make expert recommendations that will maximize the house's best features. These suggestions might include areas to declutter, repair and rearrange. This process can take 1 to 4 hours depending on the size of the property and includes suggestions to improve curb appeal. Homeowners have the option of making changes themselves or having Highland Home Staging make the property ready to shine. We can also provide a written report that specifies the necessary recommendations for staging.

Getting your house ready to be put on the market can be overwhelming. Let Highland Home Staging take care of it for you. After the initial home staging consultation, we will jointly begin with rearranging furniture, packing of personal items and redesign decorative accessories to make the house feel warm and inviting. We will work to highlight the house's focal points to create optimal appeal for the buyer. We can also provide additional artwork and accessories that might be needed to bring the house into focus.

Have cluttered closets or pantries? Highland Home Staging will help you sort, purge and donate items.  We will lovingly pack your personal items, such as photographs and collectibles so they are out of the way and ready to move.  We can also assist with downsizing, such as evaluating furniture needs and provide suggestions on what to keep for your new home.
